Processing of personal data
1. Data controller
The website owner and controller of personal data is Sole Proprietor O.V. Nechyporenko (Kyiv, Ukraine). We implement finance and accounting process automation and process only the data you provide yourself.
2. What data we collect
Through the contact form — your name and contact details (email or phone) and the text of your enquiry. The website server keeps no user accounts and collects no payment data. We do not buy or enrich data from third-party sources.
3. Cookies and local storage
The site does NOT set advertising or analytics cookies. It uses only technical browser storage (sessionStorage) to avoid counting the same page view twice; it is cleared when the tab closes and contains no personal data.
4. Transfer to processors
Form data is sent via Google Apps Script to our email and a Google Sheet — the processor is Google LLC. An anonymous view counter sends a page-view signal through the same service without personal data. There are no other transfers to third parties.
5. Legal basis and retention
Enquiries are processed on the basis of your consent, given by submitting the form. We keep enquiries only as long as needed to reply and support your request, after which we delete them.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to withdraw consent. To do so, write to info@finrada.com.ua — we will respond within a reasonable time.
